Today, bringing them together under one brand more accurately reflects the reality of the organization and the strength of its integrated model.

The name NexFab naturally reflects the company’s DNA: an organization focused on the future and always at the forefront of technology.
As early as 2021, NexFab — then operating under the name Clyvanor — began a major transformation with the robotization of its facilities, optimizing the precision, consistency and efficiency of its production. This vision continued through several major initiatives, including the development of its own ERP system, designed to better integrate operations, improve traceability and deliver even greater value to clients.

The new logo was developed to represent the group’s expertise while maintaining a nod to the historic colors of Freneco and Clyvanor, two companies that together represent more than 110 years of experience. Freneco recently celebrated its 61st anniversary, while Clyvanor marked its 50th anniversary.
